- Combine the first 8 ingredients in blender or food processor, and process until smooth. Set aside.
- Sprinkle salmon steaks with salt and black pepper. Place fish on well-oiled grill rack and grill for 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- Spoon sauce over fish, and garnish with chopped basil and lime wedges.
