- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine first 12 ingredients in bowl; brush both sides of fish with juice concentrate. Reserve remaining concentrate.
- Place fish on broiler pan lined with well-oiled foil (or cooking spray for easy clean up). Bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Place remaining orange mixture in small saucepan; bring to boil, and cook until reduced to 1/2 cup (about 2 minutes).
- Serve with rice and roasted vegetables. Also delicious in fish tacos.
