- Preheat oven broiler. Grease a baking dish or line with foil, place fillets in dish and brush with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix cheese, butter, mayonnaise, lemon juice, green onions, parsley, zest, garlic, salt, and hot sauce, and set aside.
- Broil halibut for 8 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Spread fillets with cheese mixture, then continue broiling for 2 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
- Serve with rice and lightly dressed greens.
