- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Using large nonstick baking dish, add halibut and drizzle with 1 tsp. oil. Top with garlic, parsley, lemon zest, and 2 Tbsp. lemon juice.
- Season with chili flakes or pimentón, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Drain artichoke hearts and gently sauté in remaining oil. Top fish with artichoke hearts and remaining lemon juice. Serve with steamed asparagus and lemon wedges.
