Lemon Panko Crusted Halibut

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Pat dry halibut pieces with paper towel.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, mix together panko, zest and parsley.
  3. Top halibut with mayonnaise blend, spooning about 1 Tbsp. onto each piece until evenly coated. Once fish is coated with mayonnaise blend, top with panko mix, using about 2 Tbsp. per fish.
  4. Place fish on oiled baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes or until fish is firm.

  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp. salt
