Grilled Salmon with Teriyaki Marinade

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except salmon together, then pour in a flat glass dish. Add fish and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove fish from marinade and place flesh side down on charcoal grill for 3 minutes. Turn to other side and grill about 45 more minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Baste with marinade just prior to removing from grill.
  3. Place fish on platter, garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.

  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup light soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • Parsley
  • Lemon wedges
