Dynamite Pacific Halibut

Directions

  1. Mix together mayonnaise, sambal, and garlic.
  2. Coat baking dish lightly and evenly with cooking oil. Place halibut pieces onto pan. Dry fish with paper towels.
  3. Coat halibut pieces with mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle each piece evenly with panko.
  4. Bake at 450 for 9 minutes, or until fish is firm. Serve with sticky rice and stir-fried vegetables.

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sambal chili paste
  • 1/4 cup garlic, minced
  • 1 cup panko
  • Cooking oil
