- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place mushroom caps on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In large bowl, mix together crab meat, garlic, Swiss cheese, Worcestershire, hot sauce, salt, mayonnaise, and Parmigiano-Reggiano.
- Place heaping Tbsp. of mixture intocap of each mushroom (more if you’re using portobellos).
- Bake mushrooms for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbling. Serve warm.
