Dungeness Crab Stuffed Mushrooms


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place mushroom caps on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In large bowl, mix together crab meat, garlic, Swiss cheese, Worcestershire, hot sauce, salt, mayonnaise, and Parmigiano-Reggiano.
  3. Place heaping Tbsp. of mixture intocap of each mushroom (more if you’re using portobellos).
  4. Bake mushrooms for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbling. Serve warm.
