- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add black garlic.
- In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, orange zest, orange juice, sea salt, and white pepper. Marinate both sides of halibut steaks in balsamic mixture.
- Place steaks in heated skillet and cook for 10 minutes (5 minutes for each side) or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve warm, garnished with cilantro and lemon wedges.
