FLY IN THE MORNING, FISH IN THE AFTERNOON

Our 52-acre property is located on Prince of Wales Island near Ketchikan in Southeast Alaska, just 90 minutes from Seattle. We make travel to and from the resort easy. Guests board a floatplane in Ketchikan for the scenic flight direct to our dock, en route passing over Alaska’s famed Inside Passage and the 16.7 million-acre Tongass National Forest, the world’s second largest rain forest.

Waterfall Resort is an outdoor wilderness environment. Weather patterns can move quickly. Expect pleasant summer temperatures around 50 to 70 degrees F, with intermittent showers and long hours of sunlight, often in the same day.

A well-planned Alaska fishing trip comes from the right gear and equipment, experienced guides, and a staff dedicated to maximizing your time on the water, from the minute you step off the floatplane until your return home. Our crew is available to help with trip planning, and our on-site Alaska Airlines agent is at your service to check-in bags and fish boxes on your departure day.
