- Pin bone king salmon with fish tweezers. Heat large skillet over medium heat. Coat both sides of salmon with seasoning and cook, covered, until opaque throughout and blackened on both sides, 3 to 4 minutes per side.
- Set skillet aside. In a second skillet, cook broccolini, covered, tossing occasionally, until tender, 3 to 4 minutes. Drain and transfer to plate.
- Clean second skillet and heat oil over medium heat. Add shallots and 1/4 tsp. salt. Cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Mix raisins and pecans in with broccolini. Serve with lemon wedges.
