Toasted Sesame Salmon
Once you try this marinade on your salmon fillets, I’m pretty sure it will go straight into your arsenal of go-to recipes. It’s fast cooking, a showstopper, and easy prep. You just mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl (fresh lime adds a wonderful tang), pour half the mixture into a plastic bag, add your fillets, seal the bag, and let it all sit for half an hour. Then broil or grill the fillets until lightly charred, drizzle the remaining marinade on top, sprinkle with toasted sesame, and garnish with watercress. I like this dish best accompanied by steamed rice, grilled veggies, and warm sake or a Sauvignon Blanc.
