The General Partners of Waterfall have been together since 1980 along with a small group of investors from Hawaii. Ken Dole came to Waterfall in 1980 and assumed the role as President and Managing Partner in 1984 along with two other General Partners, Ken Abe and Marj Boyd, from Hawaii.
Throughout the past 27 years, Waterfall has assembled a strong management team to run the day-to-day operations. Our returning employee base has always been strong as we are all dedicated to creating the Waterfall Experience.

When the season was over, all but a few workers departed until the next summer’s migration.
